Legal’ coloured pencils for CPSA International Exhibition

Have you ever heard of the CPSA? CPSA stands for colored pencil Society of America. What? There’s an organization for colored pencils, are you kidding me? Where have I been, I’ve never heard of such a thing.
 
The CPSA has a list of colored pencil products acceptable for use in the CPSA international exhibition. I won’t go into the entire list however, here are the categories the approved pencils fall under.

•  wax and oil-base
•  water-soluble
•  Woodless – wax and oil-based
•  Woodless – water-soluble
